Hi-Tech Carbon, Gummidipoondi, a unit of Aditya Birla group, celebrated independence day in a grand manner and also extended a social work.
Mr. P.Rajesh Sankar, Unit Head, SKI HI-Tech Carbon hosted the flag anf has addressed the gathering. He said, “We should not think what our country is giving us, but should think what we can give to our country.” He shared his thoughts on the economic status of the country and lauded the Commonwealth Champs who secured laurels and 64 medals to our nation.
He distributed scholarships to the employees’ children who had secured highest marks in their annual exams in the academic year 2013-2014. He also honoured the students of local Panchayat school.
