At the 10th anniversary of Sangeeth Saagar, a Carnatic music centre held on Aug. 21, a little singing queen K. Keerthana stole the heart of the audience present there.
The anniversary celebration was held at the Bharathiyar Ninaivu Illam at Triplicane. The guests on the occasion were Mr. Dhiyaneshwaran, Retd.IAS officer, Mr. Gurumoorthy, Founder Nethaji Foundation and Mrs.IndraRajan, a reputed dancer.
Keerthana, who is just studying UKG in ASAN Memorial School Egmore. She learns under the well known music teacher Thirubuvanam. G. Athmanathan who is also the founder of the music centre / class. Athmanathan teaches music to many students from age group of 4 onwards and for adults too.
Keerthana sang the song from Thirupugazh – “Bhakthiyal yaan unai” and left the entire audience and the chief guest in awe.
Keerthana an ever active girl is always seen doing something creative and singing.She is bold and confident and never rejects when any one asks her to sing.
