Application forms can be collected from the School’s Office on Saturday, 21.02.2015 between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.
Forms can also be downloaded from the school’s website on that day during the above timings.
Filled in forms have to be submitted with the necessary Govt. approved proof of age & residence at the school’s office on or before February 27, 2015 between 8.30 a.m. and 12 noon.
