As part of the Weekend at the Park activity, Sundaram Finance is organisng a two hour Yoga workshop for Children on August 22, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon at the Nageswara Rao Park in Mylapore.
The workshop is restricted to 12 children in the age group 10-15 years. No prior registration is required. Children are requested to bring their own yoga mat.
On the spot registration will be done at the venue on Saturday morning at 9.45 a.m. Children who wish to participate in the yoga workshop may have their breakfast by 7.30 a.m./ 8 a.m. before coming to the venue by 9.30 a.m. / 9.45 a.m. for on-the-spot registration.
