DakshinaChitra, Heritage Center is organising a workshop on card modeling for children next weekend.
Card modeling is the art of building scale models of any real life objects. The use of card to make models is hundreds of years old, and is enjoyed by people around the world. The tools can be as simple as a hobby knife, a cutting surface, and some glue. Creating three-dimensional objects from paper is a fascinating and rewarding challenge.
This workshop on card modeling will teach to make about 4 models including a model of the heritage house.
To and fro transport for DakshinaChitra will be provided from Besant Nagar city office of DakshinaChitra.
The workshop fee will be Rs 500/- inclusive of materials, refreshment & Transport. The workshop will be for a full day from 10.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
