The community around Arcot Road is beginning to be buzzing. And this one is for kids and the kid in you!
Namma Arcot Road is an initiative by two educationists Binita Sashi and Gargi Advaiti to bring the young and the old together to make Arcot Road lively and a happening place.
The inauguration of Namma Arcot Road is scheduled for Oct. 2.
Mrs. Y.G. Parthasarathy, Dean and Director of Padma Seshadri Bal Bhavan Schools will speak about the neighbourhood in the times of planning and setting up PSBB School in K.K. Nagar.

Venue : Hotel Green Park, Vadapalani
10 am – 10.45am : ‘Arcot Road through the eyes of children’ – A drawing competition. Children to bring chart paper, pencils, eraser, scale and crayons
11am – 12noon: Neighborhood around Arcot Road, during the planning and inception of PSBBSS School, K.K.Nagar – Mrs.Y.G.Parthasarathy, Dean and Director PSBB Schools shares her experience.
Sunday, Oct 3, 2010 – Kids Carnival : Events and Stalls

11.45am – 12.45pm : V.R.Devika will do a story on Gandhiji and spinning demo with the charkha.
