The Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Centre (TNSTC) is conducting science-related summer camps at Birla Planetarium, Gandhi Mandapam Road, Kotturpuram.
Summer Science Camp
This is a 3 day camp for children of classes 7, 8 and 9. The camp offers lectures and experiments in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Astronomy, Environmental Science and sky-watch evenings. The camp commences on May 16, 2018, and is limited to first 50 registrants.
Robotics Programme
This one-day camp that will be held on May 21, 2018, is for students of classes 6 to 10. This is a preparatory camp for the World Robotic Olympiad 2018. Limited to first 50 registrants.
Model Making
This two-day Science Model Making camp will be held on May 23 and 23, 2018. For students of classes 6, 7 and 8. Limited to first 20 participants.
Aero Modelling
This one-day camp will be held on May 29, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. For students of classes 6, 7, 8 and 9 and is restricted to first 30 registrations.
Robotics Workshop
This one-day hands-on workshop will be held on May 30, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Open to students of classes 8, 9 and 10.

This is a great course for both STEM students and laypersons. It is such a rich seam of information on the planet, the kind of damage we are causing on a daily basis, and on ways to save mother Earth. The course is well balanced, easy to navigate, and sure to boost the English of all enrollees, even expert users! I do recommend wholeheartedly!
