The kids brought fresh beans to the school and later they learnt to wash and cut the vegetables.

Sounds different? It happened at Sri Lalitha Learning Centre in Choolaimedu. This is a school for the special children exposing them to different activities which would help them to lead a better and independent life.

At first the kids found the job a bit difficult and later they started enjoying and children in the age group of 8 to 19 years happily peeled the beans and took it home too.

Another interesting activity the kids were exposed to was a demo of Robots by UniRobo labs. It was interesting to see the students watching the Robot moving and accepting the orders.

Ms. Ranjani, Program Manager of Unimity Solutions, explained the children about how a robot works. As soon as Ms.Ranjani  and her team left, children were imitating the commands the way Ms.Ranjini gave and had a merry time.
