On 4th of September, my friend gave me an invitation to her birthday party. So on the 5th when I went with my aunt to Odyssey to buy my friend a gift, I spotted a poster with Rob of the TV show MAD on it. The poster was for an art competition. I immediately signed up for it.
On the 7th, I took part in the competition which was on putty art. But I did not find Rob , I found a few elderly ladies who reminded me of my Hindi teacher at school!
I was terribly disappointed but I decided to participate anyway. My competitors were too young and the only older child was nine – still younger than me!
But I found that I enjoyed working with putty. I made two teddy bears with the putty! After finishing my art work I helped take off the putty from another child’s hands.
Next time, I want to participate in a competition where the other competitors are of my age group so that if I get the first prize it is not because because I was the oldest!
Anyway, I am still excited as I wait for the prizes to be announced this weekend. яндекс
