Lets do Something, an activity centre based in Velachery has organised two workshops for children this weekend.
The Origami workshop scheduled for Sep. 26 (Sunday) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. will introduce the children to the popular hobby and one which is also inexpensive. It helps children to develop their creative skills.
On the same day (Sep. 26) between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. a talk on Journalism – career avenues is also scheduled. Revathi R, editor of YOCee will interact with children. The children / student reporters will learn the basics of writing, reporting and journalism.
