The colour of the Houses in this school is unique. The Houses are named as Saffron, White and Green and the Sports costume of the students is of the same colour. The students, when stood arrayed, resembled the tricolor of the nation.

Apart from the field events like Relay, Shot put, Long Jump, Discuss throw and the like, the students performed various drill events. The Pyramid formation by the students of higher classes stole the show. Thai Chi was the event that was performed by the girl students of the high school.
The Olympic fever did not spare the students of Calibre. The students of Calibre Academy staged the event ‘Big Dance’ based on the Olympics 2012. The students of classes 4 and 5 depicted various games like Football, Basketball, Relay, Golf, Tennis, Cycling and swimming in dance movements. The aim was to make the children realise the importance of warm up and how to feel comfortable about their bodies while dancing, say the teachers. The students who attended the Young Global Citizens Summit at Bhubhaneswar, Orissa organised by the British Council recently, helped the students of the school to stage this show on the sports day.
